Reality
Your body does not sort “important” stress from “annoying” stress — it registers load. An hour of stretching may ease a muscle for the evening, but it does not reprogram the rhythm you live in between sessions.
When you cannot switch off — that is not a lack of discipline. It is a signal that input has been above capacity for too long. We do not judge you for that. We start from that truth.

The line
No racing the mirror, no “one more rep for Instagram”. Classical yoga here is a tool for state: less noise in the system, a clearer body, a steadier mind. If you want to exhaust yourself — another setting will suit you better.
Method
Pranayama, asana with a clear purpose (not decoration), yoga nidra, and logic from the hatha tradition. Not a “series of moves”, but an order that guides the nervous system toward less alarm and more clarity.

Sensation and rhythm before a “perfect pose”. Form serves the body, not the other way around.
Every step has a reason. You do not practice blindly — you understand what you do and how it affects you.

Behind the name
I teach classical yoga with a clear intention: that it stays useful off the mat — for stress, sleep, tension in the body — for people who have already tried “a little more effort” and know it does not work.
India (2020) did not give me “magic” — it gave direction: less noise, more precision. I call things by their names. I do not sell a 21-day transformation.
NĀGA YOGA
The nāga — grounded strength that does not rush to prove itself. Practice here is the same: it coils, unfolds, rises — without breaking the body on the way. Growth with intelligence, not violence toward a shape.
